Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with our client, a regional human services organization, is recruiting a strategic-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist.  This role will work within their growing and collaborative team to support full-cycle recruitment with a focus towards positive candidate experience, workforce engagement, and employee retention. Other areas of responsibility include applicant screening, social media recruiting, pipelining talent, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a professional background recruiting for nonprofits and/or other organizations in the public and healthcare fields. Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, LMS, and recruiting platforms required.  A desire to be a part of an inclusive and supportive team that is mission focused is essential.
