Suzanne MaldonadoSuzanne brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Vice President for TalentBridge, the staffing and recruiting arm of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago. She provides strategic direction and leadership to a team of management, recruiting and business development professionals who design client centered solutions and assist employees in finding meaningful work. Sara Luther HagermanMeet Sara Luther Hagerman – Director of TalentBridge (Illinois). She’s been with TalentBridge three and a half years, overseeing the Illinois operations. She’s been in staffing and recruiting since 2001, and leadership since 2007. Her experience includes onsite management, volume hiring projects, RPO, and designing custom strategic recruiting strategies. She has worked in the healthcare and financial arenas as well. Sara is a Rotarian and sits on the Founders Rotary Board of Directors, and was named Racine’s Young Professional of the Year in 2015. Beverly WadeBev is the Director of TalentBridge (Wisconsin), with operational responsibility for all of TalentBridge’s activities, in the manufacturing sector. Bev brings nearly 30 years of staffing, operations, training and management experience to her role. Throughout her career Bev has managed teams of talent acquisition professionals, building staffing models to provide contingent solutions to a wide array of manufacturing and industrial organizations.Bev’s strong industry knowledge and training background are vital in creating effective orientation and on-boarding programs for our clients. Nathaniel AllesNathan is the Business Development Manager for Lake County, Illinois with his main office in Gurnee. His journey with Goodwill Talentbridge began in Greendale at our corporate headquarters. It is a unique journey because he started out much like the employee’s working under Talentbridge do – contracted. Initially, he gained experience screening resumes and scheduling interviews until he was recognized as a potentially good fit for the business development roll. Shortly after, he was hired in as one of our newest Business Development Managers, going on for two years now. Andy KobeskiIn his role as Business Development Manager for TalentBridge, Andy Kobeski focuses on partnering with organizations in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin to provide them with talent acquisition solutions. Anthony MaldonadoAs a Business Development Manager for TalentBridge, Anthony specializes on developing and maintaining partnerships with organizations throughout southeastern Wisconsin. He consults with organizational partners to develop custom talent acquisition solutions designed with intention. Anthony began his career with TalentBridge in 2016 in the education field as a full-time Substitute Teacher for Milwaukee Public Schools. After teaching for a full school year, he transitioned into a recruitment role at TalentBridge, which provided him an opportunity to learn the nuances of the full life-cycle of the recruitment process. Eric BartelEric Bartel is the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition in the Gurnee office and leads the recruiting and front office staff for that office. Additionally, Eric spearheads volume project and RPO efforts for Gurnee and has a track record of success in that area. Eric has been with TalentBridge for several years and, in that time, has additionally been successful in hiring machine operators, electronic technicians, welders, maintenance folks, and supervisors, among other manufacturing fills. Jacquelyn SchwinnJackie Schwinn started with Goodwill TalentBridge in 2015 and has grown her career through several different roles; leading multiple high volume recruiting projects for clients in education, healthcare and social services. Currently, as a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, Jackie oversees a team of recruiting consultants in addition to working with them on day-to-day account management. Focusing on direct hire placement for clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Illinois, she has worked across industries including manufacturing, education, sales, healthcare and customer service. Covering southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois counties, this well-crafted team focuses on areas of Accounting/Finance, IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Office Administration, Manufacturing, Food Service, Healthcare and more. Our Lead Recruiting Consultants have designed a number of effective talent acquisition strategies, allowing us to succeed in a number of successful customer partnerships by placing the Right Talent into the Right Careers.
