She provides strategic direction and leadership to a team of management, recruiting and business development professionals who design client centered solutions and assist employees in finding meaningful work. Bev is the Director of TalentBridge (Wisconsin), with operational responsibility for all of TalentBridge’s activities, in the manufacturing sector. Bev brings nearly 30 years of staffing, operations, training and management experience to her role. Anthony MaldonadoAs a Business Development Manager for TalentBridge, Anthony specializes on developing and maintaining partnerships with organizations throughout southeastern Wisconsin. He consults with organizational partners to develop custom talent acquisition solutions designed with intention. Anthony began his career with TalentBridge in 2016 in the education field as a full-time Substitute Teacher for Milwaukee Public Schools. After teaching for a full school year, he transitioned into a recruitment role at TalentBridge, which provided him an opportunity to learn the nuances of the full life-cycle of the recruitment process. Sara OchowiczSara is a Talent Acquisition Manager for Goodwill TalentBridge. She started her career as a Recruiting Consultant in 2013, after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Recruiting was a new adventure for Sara at the time and she has enjoyed it ever since. Sara likes the challenge of finding the right candidate for the position and she enjoys interacting with many individuals every day. Sara recruits for clients in several different industries: healthcare, education and industrial. Jacquelyn SchwinnJackie Schwinn started with Goodwill TalentBridge in 2015 and has grown her career through several different roles; leading multiple high volume recruiting projects for clients in education, healthcare and social services. Currently, as a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, Jackie oversees a team of recruiting consultants in addition to working with them on day-to-day account management. Jackie spearheads the development and implementation of team goals, new recruitment strategies, and relationship building between customers and our talent pool. Jill ToohillJill has worked with Goodwill TalentBridge for nine years. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, she strives to identify talent solutions that exactly meet her client’s unique staffing needs. She has led recruitment, client and employee relations for large-scale high-volume projects and direct hire placement. Focusing on direct hire placement for clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Illinois, she has worked across industries including manufacturing, education, sales, healthcare and customer service. Her previous background includes 17 years’ experience in sales, account management and customer service. She enjoys developing client relationships and uses a consultative approach to recruiting. Covering southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois counties, this well-crafted team focuses on areas of Accounting/Finance, IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Office Administration, Manufacturing, Food Service, Healthcare and more. Our Lead Recruiting Consultants have designed a number of effective talent acquisition strategies, allowing us to succeed in a number of successful customer partnerships by placing the Right Talent into the Right Careers. Two members of our Lead Recruiting Consultant team are bilingual in Spanish.
