Are you passionate about supporting professional development and contributing to top-tier educational programs? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Professional Development Associate to join our client's team. In this Contract-to-Hire role, you will assist in planning and developing online clinical education content, manage a comprehensive Education Online library, and support educational initiatives at conferences and meetings.
Responsibilities:
Online Education Management:
- Oversee all content within the CE Online library, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
- Manage and promote on-demand and live webinar content.
- Generate reports on revenue, registration, and program trends.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding online education and provide outstanding customer support.
Program Development:
- Assist in planning and implementing scientific and continuing education programs.
- Work collaboratively with committees to identify new educational opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Event Support:
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Annual Meeting, Conferences, and other educational events.
- Manage speaker communications, session planning, and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate the development and proofing of publications and promotional materials.
Committee Collaboration:
- Provide administrative support to various committees and task forces.
- Compile and share evaluation data to inform future programming decisions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with meeting planning and familiarity with continuing accreditation processes is a plus.
