Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Patient Access Representative's to work on the southside of Milwaukee.
There are currently 2nd shift and 1st shift roles, full-time, and contract to hire. Pay rate is 17/hour.
Hours:
2:30pm-11pm, or 3pm to 11:30pm, this position includes rotating weekends and rotating holidays.

Description:
This position will work with patients, physicians and clinicians to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information in all areas of Patient Registration. Patient out of pocket expenses will be identified and collected. Effectively communicates registration information to internal and external customers while maintaining a focus on customer service and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in use of a personal computer
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Requires every other weekend and a rotating holiday schedule
