Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Starting Pay $20/HR
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
- Enter customer orders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently and keeping record of details.
- Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
- Forward information to appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
- Communicate with customers via Live Chat to provide real time help and services
Requirements:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and strong listening skills
- Familiarity with MS Office: Email, Excel, Word, or similar systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM Systems or Technology Apps
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Customer Service experience in Manufacturing
