We are searching for an experienced Customer Care Associate for one of our manufacturing clients in the Schaumburg area. Our client manufactures and distributes flexible packaging products.
This full-time, Temp-to-Hire, position offers stable hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive pay of $22 per hour.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries regarding available products and services
- Enter customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing
- Build and maintain customer relationships by responding promptly and efficiently, while keeping detailed records
- Manage and resolve customer account issues
- Coordinate with relevant departments as necessary
- Provide customers with updates on orders and invoices
- Utilize Live Chat to offer real-time assistance and support
Requirements:
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and similar systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM Systems or Technology Apps
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous Customer Service experience in the Manufacturing industry
