Goodwill TalentBridge is looking for 2 experienced Customer Service Representatives to work onsite in Wheeling, IL.
This role will be a contract position for roughly 3 months.
Onsite 1st shift Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm
Up to $30/hr. based on education and previous experience!
Responsibilities:
- Cross-function customer service support for all other departments and teams (sales, accounting, operations)
- Handle all incoming inquiries via phone and email for new and existing customers
- Order entry
- Processing of credits, RMA's, rebills / refunds
- De-escalating and assisting customer complaints and issues via phone and email
- Assisting in other assignments and tasks given by supervisors
