$22.00-$24.00/HR - negotiable based on experience.

Direct Hire

As the Mold Set-Up Operator/Technician you will be required to set up, process, and troubleshoot machinery and molds. 

  • Process and hang molds
  • Set up machinery, installing molds and tooling 
  • Troubleshoot processes'
  • Perform material changes
  • Ability to work with thermolators, sprue pickers, conveyors, grinders, dryers, etc. 
  • Ability to operate forklifts
  • Knowledge of injection molding and plastic materials required for machine processing and drying
  • Packaging finished products, includes labeling and dating 
  • Ability to interact and work with other departments (Engineering, Mold Repair, Machine Maintenance, Etc.)




  • Proven experience working within Plastics and Injection Mold Manufacturing; processing and setting up molds/machinery in addition to troubleshooting. 
  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in the English language
