Are you a driven marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing Associate (Contract-to-Hire) to provide project management and strategic support for a medical association in the O'Hare area.

What You'll Do:

  • Innovate: Implement new and effective marketing strategies for our public-facing branding campaign.
  • Organize: Develop and execute tactics to enhance and expand current marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Support: Address the marketing needs across the organization, aligning efforts with key priorities.
  • Manage: Oversee the development, guidance, and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and projects.

 

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in social media and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of organization and attention to detail, especially in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-Solver: Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Video editing experience is a plus.
