NOW HIRING! Goodwill TalentBridge has partnered with a reputable organization in the healthcare field who is seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join their team. Offering a hybrid work environment with flexibility around scheduling, this is a contract to hire opportunity located near the O’Hare area.
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing day to day marketing activities and initiatives. This includes developing, guiding, managing, and executing marketing projects while ensuring content is consistent and professional. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Managing marketing campaigns for programs and events
- Managing content creation and video creation
- Writing of copy for promotional materials
- Tracking metrics and reporting on campaign performance
- Maintaining production calendars and project schedules
- Coordinating walk in slide decks for meetings, ensuring visual consistency and collecting content
- Collaborating with internal business units to ensure marketing material meets initiatives and target audiences
- Contributing to social media and digital content creation
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to write compelling marketing copy across print, web, and email channels
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media platforms, and SEO principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and Asana
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or a business-related field
