As the IT Service Desk / Client Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing IT services and monitoring the service desk platform while acting as a first point of contact for first and second level support. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Monitor and maintain the support desk and client management tools
- Manage client software distribution, IT security, and updates
- Maintain client hardware and software
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve first and second level client issues
- Prepare technical documents, procedures, manuals, guidelines, and training instructions
- Update existing documentation following procedural changes, new releases, or enhancements to applications
- Maintain knowledge of both new and existing technologies
- Collaborate with business units to reduce barriers
- Analyze internal data to identify customer service trends and propose solutions
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years of previous experience in an IT support/help desk role
- Proficiency with support desk tools and software distribution tools
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
- Ability to work independently while providing a high level of support to end users
- Ability to install and troubleshoot software systems and hardware
- Proficiency with MS productivity apps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and asset management
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work after hours as needed
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field
