Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our partnered client, is currently seeking a highly qualified and detail oriented ACH Specialist in the Bannockburn, IL area.
The ACH Specialist is responsible for accurately posting member transactions related to ACH Exceptions, ACH Payroll, ACH Reclamations, Direct Payments, and Local 134 tasks in support of the Deposit Operations Department. Meets and exceeds service expectations of managers and staff in all departments, including Saturday support, in order that the client can provide the highest level of member service.
As an ACH Specialist your duties will be:
- Complete daily assignments related to member transactions such as ACH exceptions, ACH payroll, ACH reclamations, and EIT file processing.
- Verify incoming/outgoing wires, in compliance with OFAC and BSA, and in a timely manner.
- Process WSUDs, stop payments, member adjustments, direct payments, and Skip a Pays in a timely manner.
- Acts as back up to monitoring the department inbox to ensure all requests are completed and responded to timely.
- Research and respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
- Maintains Fed Reserve and other passwords and tokens as policy dictates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements needed to be part of this team:
- At least 5 year of proficient experience in a full ACH capacity
- Must be able to work 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8:30am-1pm.
