8:00AM – 5:00PM; M-FRI *Must be willing to work in-office on Tuesday’s!
Up to $50k base salary PLUS commission (uncapped!)

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with current customers and new customers. This includes outbound sales calls, inbound sales calls, and emails. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for managing client relations, building a positive repour with customers and assisting in price quotes, orders, and after sales inquiries.


Additional areas of focus include and are not limited to the following:

  • Make outbound sales calls and receive inbound calls.
  • Pitch production lines and programs to increase sales volume.
  • Negotiate proposals and pricing contracts.
  • Complete discovery and profiling questions to learn about customers and their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat and additional orders.
  • Work with other departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Tracking and reporting of sales efforts and outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Assist with other sales and account management tasks as required.

Requirements:

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales and Account Management.
  • Interpersonal skill set with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal!
  • Ability to make proactive sales calls, asking for business.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to learn new processes.
  • High School Diploma and/or GED.
