JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES ORDER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST

  • Order Entry
  • Purchase receipts
  • On-Boarding Mobile Tech
  • Miscellaneous tasks as time & expertise allow

ANSWER PHONES 

  • Manage calls
  • Take service calls & enter into system
  • Transfer to individual or transfer to voice mail
  • Take messages if advised
  • Answer questions & give directions

CUSTOMER SERVICE   

  • Assist customers in showroom

WHOLESALE BACK UP 

  • Quote wholesale customers
  • Write wholesale customer orders
  • Invoice wholesale customers
  • Manage wholesale customers AR balances
  • Communicate special needs with the warehouse

DELIVERIES

  • Large pick ups
