SALES ORDER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST
- Order Entry
- Purchase receipts
- On-Boarding Mobile Tech
- Miscellaneous tasks as time & expertise allow
ANSWER PHONES
- Manage calls
- Take service calls & enter into system
- Transfer to individual or transfer to voice mail
- Take messages if advised
- Answer questions & give directions
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Assist customers in showroom
WHOLESALE BACK UP
- Quote wholesale customers
- Write wholesale customer orders
- Invoice wholesale customers
- Manage wholesale customers AR balances
- Communicate special needs with the warehouse
DELIVERIES
- Large pick ups
