Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an Intake Specialist to work in this direct hire role for a well established law practice located in downtown Milwaukee.
In this role, you would be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. You will play a vital role determining the client’s satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls
- gather information from caller
- employ critical thinking skills to analyze information to determine next steps
- transfer caller to appropriate Firm employee
- transfer caller to appropriate referral
- provide outbound follow up
- schedule appointments and assist with completing paperwork
