Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an Intake Specialist to work in this direct hire role for a well established law practice located in downtown Milwaukee.  

In this role, you would be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. You will play a vital role determining the client’s satisfaction.

• Answer incoming calls
• gather information from caller
• employ critical thinking skills to analyze information to determine next steps
• transfer caller to appropriate Firm employee
• transfer caller to appropriate referral
• provide outbound follow up
• schedule appointments and assist with completing paperwork 
• Position is responsible for making a great first and lasting impression
