Job Summary:
Serves meals to residents according to dietary restrictions and maintains clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sets tables as needed including dishware, silverware, condiments, and beverages
- Serves meals to residents according to dietary restriction
- Clears tables of used items and maintains an overall cleanliness in dining room
- Assists residents in obtaining any alternative food items they may need or desire
- Helps cook when needed
- Stocks and refills items and supplies on a routine basis according to resident needs
- Responsible for the overall cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment, and observe and report need to repair equipment
- Loads and washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Unloads and stores clean dishes
- Other duties as assigned
