Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work in the Arlington Heights area.
Responsibilities:
- To design and implement process driven, innovative automation system solutions and equipment design
- Perform process evaluations, feasibility studies and proposal support prior to the release of quotations.
- Design and implement systems using Solidworks 3-Dimensional design software.
- Perform project execution upon receipt of order.
- Create system design documentation.
- Assist with equipment selection and specification.
- Provide technical expertise and assurance to customers during sales appointments with sales personnel.
- Work closely with purchasing, controls engineering, robot programming and the project management team to ensure the automation system design is completed in a timely manner.
