Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a DIRECT HIRE Scheduling/Staffing Manager to work in the Elk Grove Village area.

Job Description:

• Schedule a variety of home care services for senior clients by matching the caregiver's skill and availability with client needs and schedules.
• Manage relationships with families and senior clients.
• Perform regular routine follow up calls with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, quality services, excellent personnel performance
• Enters & records data and supportive notes into a cloud-based software system.
• The position is full-time, salaried, administrative/managerial, with benefits.
• This is a FT position that also requires On-call rotations that includes a few evenings and 1 weekend approximately every 5 weeks.
