Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Plastic Extrusion Set-Up Operators to work in the Waukesha area.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, good troubleshooting skills and effective communications. Machine set up and operation is strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidate for the job.

Specific duties include:

• Reviewing written job requirements
• Gathering proper materials for job
• Setting up tooling, extruder process parameters, and auxiliary equipment
• Operating extrusion line and completing required written documentation
• Monitoring parts produced and adjusting the process as necessary
• Inspecting product for conformance to specifications
• Troubleshooting to determine cause of non-conformance
• Occasional lifting of up to 55 lbs
