This position is full-time, second shift. The shifts usually start between 2:30-3pm and end between 11-11:30p. This position requires every other weekend and a rotating holiday schedule. Training is typically first shift for the first 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities and Duties
This position will work with patients, physicians and clinicians to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information in all areas of Patient Registration. Patient out of pocket expenses will be identified and collected. Effectively communicates registration information to internal and external customers while maintaining a focus on customer service and confidentiality.
