Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Open Enrollment Advocates for a company in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities:

• Educate individuals in employer’s benefit packages.
• Maintain thorough and current knowledge of core and voluntary benefits including but not limited to: PPO and EPO plans, High-Deductible and Consumer-Driven Health Plans, HSA’s, HRA’s, FSA’s, Short-Term Disability, Lot-Term Disability, Whole Life, Term Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and any other insurance programs typically offered by an employer.
• Document member conversations
• Attend mandatory internal training as required for case assignments.
• Maintain acceptable job performance standards
