Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to work in the Brookfield area. This is a part time role.

DESCRIPTION:

SALES ORDER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST

  • Order Entry
  • Purchase Receipts
  • On boarding Mobile Techs
  • Miscellaneous tasks as time & expertise allow                     

ANSWER PHONES 

  • Manage calls
  • Take service calls & enter into system
  • Transfer to individual or voicemail
  • Take message if advised
  • Answer questions & give directions 

CUSTOMER SERVICE    

  • Assist customers in showroom

WHOLESALE BACK UP 

  • Quote wholesale customers
  • Write wholesale customer orders
  • Invoice wholesale customers
  • Manage wholesale customers AR balances
  • Communicate special needs with warehouse

DELIVERIES                                   

  • Large pick ups
