Responsibilities and Duties:

Work as a part of a team handling multiple areas of the revenue cycle process. Duties may include, but are not limited to: demographic and charge entry, insurance follow-up, guarantor follow-up, customer service calls, clearing house denials, payment posting and general duties, such as return mail, mailing claims, patient correspondence, etc.
