Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic to work in the Milwaukee area.
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for working directly with the Chief Engineer, Sr. Property Manager, Lead Engineer and building tenants at a 30-story downtown high-rise.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Bulb and ballast changing
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor painting
- Pressure washing
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests
- Inspect buildings, grounds and basic equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
