Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist for this direct hire role, working at a leading manufacturer located in Gurnee, IL.

This position provides support for full cycle recruiting, on-boarding, and payroll.This position also provides general Human Resource support for learning and development, performance management, benefits and other related functions.Other duties include Administering the payroll process in conjunction with outside payroll service to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll.This company offers comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and an education reimbursement program.

Education/ Training:

• BS or university program certificate in Business Administration/Human Resources Management; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
