Honing Machine Operators-Lincolnshire, IL

Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Honing Machine Operators to work in the Lincolnshire area.

This is a temporary, 2-3 month contract role. Honing Operators are responsible for honing metal cages to a specific tolerance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure the correct parts on being worked on by verifying drawings and set up instructions
• Place cages one at a time and measure while using an air gauge to ensure it meets specified dimensions
• Take samples from each lot and document

Please note, this is a very repetitive job and requires individuals who can stand for long periods of time. In addition, there is no set up involved in this role. Set up will be taught over time to those who show the initiative to learn.
