Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for General Assemblers to work in the Racine area.

JOB SUMMARY:
Operators will run the stations at the various mounting machines and apply cords to the painted base units and perform the final test.
Employees rotate between various stations per schedule.
Hearing protection is required; gloves are available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Mounting Machines:
• Operators load parts per the Bill of Material to the various stations on the machines.
• Operator has the ability to clear basic faults by using the HMI screen.
• Operator will offload assembled mountings into either a basket on wheels or a mounting cart.
Cords
• Operators are required to check their tester prior to cording units.
• Operator is required to attach a cord to a unit and test the unit. This requires the use of an automated screw gun.
• Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
• Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards, and clean/restock area as needed.
