Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work in the Buffalo Grove area.
Duties:
- Assist customers over the phone, e-mail or LiveChat support to answer product questions
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Follow up on order status
- Follow up and process RMA's
