Goodwill TalentBridge along with our client, is currently recruiting for Billing Call Center reps to work in the North Chicago area.
Duties:
- Assess member needs and describe and recommend product features and benefits
- Resolve routine member service problems in a timely manner
- Take membership requests such as: opening new accounts, add/remove joint, name change, etc.
- Provide investment opportunities through Share Certificates and IRA products
