Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to work with our client at their Janesville location. Our client is an all you can eat, build your own stir-fry restaurant.  This a direct hire opportunity.


The Assistant Manager is responsible for working with the General Manager and other staff members to meet labor and food cost goals. As an Assistant Manager you will assist in the staffing and development of team members, maintaining the cleanliness in the restaurant, and ensuring all food safety standards are being upheld. Most importantly, you will ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

The standard hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 11am to 9pm; Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm. The minimum hourly requirement is 45-50 hours per week. In addition to a competitive salary, Our client offers a full benefits package: health insurance, dental, vision, PTO.
