Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting an Assistant General Manager to work in the Wausau area. This is a direct hire / permanent position!
The Assistant Manager is responsible for working with the General Manager and other staff members to meet labor and food cost goals. As an Assistant Manager you will assist in the staffing and development of team members, maintaining the cleanliness in the restaurant, and ensuring all food safety standards are being upheld. Most importantly, you will ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.
