Goodwill TalentBridge has partnered with a leading electronics manufacturer in the Libertyville area and is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders and expediting communications between Warehouse and Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Account Coordinators. The role requires strict adherence to company standards for safety, quality, and productivity to ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Shift: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Monday through Friday + OT based on business need
Pay: $18.00/HR

Responsibilities
- Manage MS Office communication between key departments.
- Address inquiries and resolve order fulfillment issues.
- Ensure timely communication within the warehouse and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in streamlining workflow for receiving, picking, and shipping.
- Support Warehouse Supervisors/Managers in holding associates accountable for order completion.
- Facilitate training on SOPs and documentation methods.
- Analyze and resolve problems, assist with team solutions.
- Support reporting for warehouse KPIs (Picking, Receiving, Packing, Shipping).
- Communicate with stakeholders on vendor/material delays, carrier issues, and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Work towards process improvement and meeting quality standards.
- Assist with safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Troubleshoot receiving, picking, and shipping errors.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Adapt and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of warehouse receiving, picking, and shipping experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Proven track record and ability to manage daily receiving, picking and /or shipping records
- Must be a reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Creative thinking and adaptability to handle new challenges as they arise.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation Management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Microsoft Office and Microsoft TEAMS experience required
- Previous experience operating a stand up reach truck or similar warehouse equipment is required.
