Motor and Electrical Repair/ Service Technician *-Hydraulics-Hiring Immediately!

Seeking a specialized technician who would be repairing hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, motors and/or cylinders on hand held tools.

Mechanical skills are appreciated but are not necessary to hire.

Repairs consist of: DC motor wiring, troubleshooting and basic mechanic skills.

Also, in part of being a service technician, you would help customers who are purchasing new tools.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair systems and components in our repair facility
  • Read hydraulic, electrical schematics, and parts diagrams to assist with system troubleshooting and repairs
  • Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, the integrity and functionality of system components, and the environment may affect performance
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to stringent safety requirements and customers’ work rules
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to project a professional image and form trusting relationships with customers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and must pass a drug test
  • Ability to stand or walk most of the day


Building cooperation among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes

  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures




  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Work in a fast-paced-customer-centric environment
  • Highly organized
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
