In addition to acting as a primary point of contact for other departments, the Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining customer, unit, and case information in the CRM database
  • Coordinating machine repairs and loaner machine program by issuing CSM numbers
  • Receiving equipment and issuing quotes
  • Providing parts to the bench, shipping machine, and invoicing repair
  • Coordinating field service visits by quoting, scheduling, expense processing, invoicing, and ensuring all paperwork is archived
  • Issue, process, and coordinate CSM, warranties, and customer delivery feedback
  • Quote and renew preventative maintenance agreements
  • Schedule preventative maintenance visits
  • Monitor, maintain, and update key performance indicators for monthly management meetings
  • Monitor and control the issuance of service equipment for field service engineers
  • Provide recommendations for process implementation and improvements
  • Assist with the coordination of jobs for machine configurations and any other duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and procedures as stated in manuals



  • 2 years of administrative and customer service experience in a technical related field
  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform large amounts of data entry while facilitating and coordinating technical services
  • SAP Hana experience is a HUGE plus!
