Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail can shine? We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and ensure seamless inventory management.
Full Time, Temp-To-Hire
Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm with a pay of $20/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Mastery: Maintain a steady supply of non-inventory materials essential for our warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Vendor Management: Take charge of vendor relationships using the Epicor system, ensuring we work with the best partners.
- Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with our team to guarantee all deliveries meet assigned orders, making sure our operations stay on track.
- Purchase Order Precision: Review purchase orders for accuracy in partnership with our Buyer to avoid discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Schedule Management: Oversee supplier delivery schedules, ensuring timely arrivals that keep our operations efficient.
- Data Development: Work closely with the Operations Manager and Buyer to maintain accurate part data and ensure precision in our Bill of Materials (BOM) and Method of Operations (MOM).
- Issue Resolution: Tackle discrepancies in shipments and invoices promptly to maintain workflow integrity.
- Inventory Analysis: Provide insightful spreadsheet analysis for incoming inventory planning, helping us maintain optimal stock levels.
- Supplier Follow-Up: Proactively engage with suppliers to ensure timely shipments and receipts of orders.
- Support Operations: Collaborate across all manufacturing and operations departments, providing assistance wherever needed to drive success.
