Goodwill TalentBridge, a full-service staffing, recruiting and talent acquisition solutions firm, is currently seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to join our expanding footprint in downtown Chicago, IL. This position is a hybrid remote/in-office position and offers a generous base plus a commission compensation package, along with a robust benefits package that includes PTO, tuition reimbursement, and an Employee Accumulation/ Retirement Fund.

Responsibilities include:
- Research/sourcing, cold calling, appointment setting, networking, and other sales prospecting techniques to build new customers
- Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key contacts within accounts
- Work alongside your recruiting and leadership colleagues to strategize our expansion into downtown Chicago
- Successfully hit personal target goals around new billed accounts and gross margin dollars
Requirements:
A qualified individual will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, and/or a related field, a minimum of 5 years in business-to-business sales, and a valid driver’s license.
