Offering a hybrid-remote work environment, the Global Markets Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for executing corporate sponsorship agreements with the world’s leading insurance companies.

  • Execute tasks related to corporate sponsorships and benefits.
  • Provide logistics planning and support for sponsor events, including speaker management, delivering collateral, and ensuring alignment of message and content.
  • Develops and maintains sponsorship fulfillment reports, includes KPI tracking.
  • CRM and Excel skill set required.
  • Collaborate and work with internal team members to deliver on sponsorship commitments.
  • Support all communications with sponsors, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Continuous research and building of knowledge in the industry.

 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience within marketing and/or educational communications
  • Bachelors and/or experience in client service or account management.
  • Comfort and appreciation for working with diverse, global, audiences.
  • Experience with corporate operations, communications, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Microsoft Office, CRM, Salesforce is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team.
  • Travel & Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required!


M-F; two days in office, three days work from home!

$50k - starting salary, negotiable.
