Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an SMT/AOI Machine Operator to work in the Wheeling area.

Duties:

• Monitor product through entire SMT process.
• Load proper parts into machine and fill solder paste
• Inspect and test finished SMT products for quality
• Utilize AOI Machine to check for imperfections
• Notifying primary SMT Machine Operators of defective components
• Monitor the output of machines to ensure quality, and maintenance and calibration are periodically necessary.
• Troubleshooting and simple repairs when machines are not functioning properly.
• Consistently meet all productivity and deadline goals and ensure that the area is kept clean and free of hazards at all times.
