Hybrid option with limited travel requirement


Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Recruiter in this direct hire role to work with our client, a leader in the non-profit private education sector. The Recruiter in this position will partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and will work to attract, recruit, and retain diverse, high-quality talent for all levels of the organization. This role works with volume recruitment and acts as a consultant to internal employees and leadership to improve branding, sourcing, candidate experience, and ensures internal customer satisfaction while developing relationships with the hiring managers. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible to maintain and report acquisition metrics for the organization. Additionally, this role will work to develop relationships with community organizations, local universities, and industry groups to facilitate a pipeline of candidates. This may include outreach to candidates and networking at job fairs, community events and conferences.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be a mission driven servant leader with expert interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role the Senior Recruiter will have a proactive approach to recruiting efforts, a high sense of urgency and be able to set and meet deadlines. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of organization and the ability to balance multiple projects. Demonstration of knowledge of best practices in areas of employment law and regulations that apply to talent acquisition is required.


This role offers competitive base salary plus incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits package. This role offers the option to work from corporate Milwaukee area offices or hybrid with work from home and meetings as needed from corporate locations or in the field. • 3-5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition as a volume recruiter

• Ability to manage high volume, high variety workloads in deadline driven environment while balancing quantity of hires with quality of hires priorities

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required

• Previous experience in a multi-state organization

• Willingness to travel for approximately one week at time required

• Experience with UKG applicant tracking system is a plus

• Highly skilled with recruiting software tools and MS Office/Google

• Strong analytical skills and strong use of software applications such as MS Teams and Excel

• SHRM-CP and/or SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
