Senior Finance & Tax Analyst

Goodwill TalentBridge is recruiting a Senior Finance & Tax Analyst in this direct hire role to work for our client, a national multi family wealth management firm. In this role you would work with directors and managers to manage an assigned client base, act as point of contact for clients and firm leadership to keep all parties informed of projects status. Responsible for budgeting and efficiencies within the team, overseeing projects and schedules, supervise client teams, review staff deliverables and manage client relationships and family staff teams. This role will have 2-3 direct reports and be responsible to interview, hire, train & direct staff in addition to performance evaluation. This role acts as a leader to other training staff. Qualifications

CPA eligible; CPA certification desired. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other major with tax and accounting coursework. Minimum of three years preparing and one year reviewing all types of tax returns with a public CPA firm or private company.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Knowledge of Quickbooks; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of the following specialty software packages is highly desirable: ProSystem Tax; BNA Income Tax Planner and Depreciation Solutions, Visual Practice Management and the ability to learn

other software packages as needed.
