Goodwill TalentBridge is actively recruiting for Reach Truck Forklift Drivers in the Lake Bluff, IL area! This is a temp to hire opportunity; previous Forklift experience is required.

1st shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM; Mon – Fri plus OT on Saturday’s as required
Pay: $17.00/HR

2nd shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM; Mon – Fri plus OT on Saturday’s as required
Pay: $18.50/HR


  • Ability to proficiently drive a Raymond reach truck and a Raymond counterbalance (dock stocker)
  • Complete full location warehouse cycle counts
  • Trailer loading and unloading as needed
  • Uses manual pick ticket or RF device to pick orders for retail customers.
  • Physically moves goods from warehouse location to pallet or cart
  • Stretch wraps pallets by hand and applies corresponding labels to pallets
  • Moves pallets to staging lane using pallet jack
  • Performs all jobs in the distribution center as necessary under supervision of the Distribution Manager and Inbound and/or Outbound Processing Lead
  • Uses equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock such as pallet jacks, dollies and hand trucks
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
  • Maintains inventory accuracy for purchase order receipts, customer returns, inventory moves, and outbound customers shipments
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
  • Receives, unpacks, and stores warehouse inventory
  • Counts and inspects merchandise received
  • Fills orders, packs and ships material


  • 2+ year of previous Forklift/Loading experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • MUST have reliable transportation and good attendance
  • MUST have the ability to work at a fast pace while standing on your feet for 8+ hours a day
  • MUST meet productivity metrics and attendance measurements in order to be eligible for hire.
