Civil Engineer/Project Manager – Transportation Design

Goodwill TalentBridge is recruiting an experienced transportation design project manager to work in this direct hire role with our client, a leading civil engineering consulting firm in the Greater Milwaukee area.  Our client continues to grow and seeks civil engineering candidates to design freeways, state highways and local roads and manage multiple projects primarily in Wisconsin.  Candidates in this role will need to have local government and WisDOT project experience.  Client facing experience to develop and manage relationships and projects is needed for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have experience writing, presenting and winning proposals, client and subconsultant contract negotiations experience, and will have maintained budgets and overseen projects start to finish.  This role will work cross-functionally to communicate and direct internal teams and ensure accountability to project timelines and completion.
