Direct Hire; Hybrid
$80k
- starting salary, negotiable based on experience
*Travel Required.


The Programs Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of digital learning, professional development, and credentialing for all internal employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with volunteers and staff to support strategic objectives and the overall mission while serving as a mentor
  • Managing all aspects of digital learning and credentialing (includes the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance)
  • Leading the identification, selection, contracting and management of vendors to support the overall digital learning and credentialing vision and strategies
  • Managing and planning for multiple projects at once
  • Measuring learning efficacy (ROI)
  • Manages speaker selection
  • Programming of meetings
  • Leads as an expert with LMS (Learning Management Systems)

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years' of experience within a related field
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and how to measure learning efficacy (ROI)
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint), HTML Programming and Power Bi
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Planning skill set
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, environment while managing multiple tasks at once 
  • Must be able to travel both internationally and domestically, 20%
  • COVID 19 vaccine required for employment
