Offering a hybrid-remote work environment, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the program development process while acting as a liaison for internal staff and committee departments.

  • Lead, review, and develop criteria for Focus Sessions
  • Manage recommendation, review, and selection process of speakers.
  • Obtain, negotiate, and execute speaker agreements, managing presentations and deadlines.
  • Oversee travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Support other projects as assigned.

 

 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years’ experience in volunteer management, professional development, meeting planning, or program development required.
  • Project management and planning skill set required with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill set.
  • Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required!


M-F; two days in office, three days work from home!

$50k - starting salary, negotiable.
