Requirements:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate program logistics for Professional Affairs programs
  • Serve as division representative to bi-weekly database management meetings
  • Develop division Schedule of Events, VIP Speaker List, coordinate review of Annual Meeting programs
  • Assists in developing meeting agendas and reports
  • Coordinate logistics for committee meetings and conference calls, including housing and travel arrangements
  • Oversees database of applicants, both current and former
  • Assists in collection of documents and forms for individual applications
  • Attend the meetings, held bi-monthly
  • Oversee continual revision to web pages, as related to professional affairs
