Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently hiring 1st and 3rd shift Production Supervisors to work in the Lincolnshire area.

1st: 9:00am- 5:00pm

3rd: 11:00pm - 7:00am

These Assembly supervisors will be working a clean-room environment with proper PPR. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the production and safety of the assembly team.

Production will include assembling COVID19 Testing kits.

This opportunity is Monday – Friday *Weekend Overtime required*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the presence and production of the assembly team
• Set up assembly line, work stations and materials before shifts start
• Follow all procedures for cleanroom operation, cleanroom attire, and contamination control.
• Prevent damage or loss to parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead the production / assembly team to meet quotas and production goals
• Cooperate with and demonstrate professional conduct with coworkers and managers.
• Track and approve work hours for employees on shift
