Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work in the Milwaukee, WI area.

SUMMARY
Our client is an established manufacturer with operations in Milwaukee and is seeking a Production Manager for this direct hire role.  This role will oversee production processes and overall plant operations including safety, maintenance, quality measures and process improvement. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Oversee and quantify production results, and be accountable to goals and client requirements
  • Distribution and material planning
  • Employee development
  • Develop reporting and analyze results to recommend efficiencies
  • Lead team to achieve production and operational goals relying on quantifiable data
  • Develop key vendor relationships and networks
  • Create documentation and processes
  • Manage employee relations and follow prescribed procedures to resolve issues.

 

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager or related role
  • Experience working for a metals fabrication manufacturer
  • Hands-on leadership experience is required
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills and ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software and the ability to learn new systems

SCHEDULE

  • First shift.  Monday thru Thursdays 5am-33pm, additional hours as needed
  • Pay Range:  $80-$100k/yr
