Goodwill TalentBridge is excited to offer a new Grant Program that Empowers Youth with finding a job and helps candidates improve their career. The program is open to youth and young adults ages 18-24 in Lake County, IL. This program provides job readiness training, skill building, and support to help in preparing for and finding a job.

Qualifying program participants will be connected to the opportunity for a full-time temp to hire position This temp-to-hire opportunity starts you in an entry-level position with the potential to advance to other positions within the company.

Three Simple Steps To Get Started

Step 2: Connect with Goodwill Case Manager who will reach out to you to learn more about you, your interest, and your skills.
Step 3: Work with your Goodwill Case Manager to schedule your five, two-hour job readiness training classes.
