Goodwill TalentBridge is actively recruiting for Order Pickers in the Lake Bluff, IL area.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Pick orders to pallets using a paper pick ticket
- Wrap multiple pallets by hand every day
- Use wireless scanners, electric walkies, pallet jacks, tape gun, box cutter, etc.
- Stack up to 100” tall and lift up to 50lbs, consistently, throughout the day
- MUST be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet performance metrics along with daily quotas.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months previous order picking or warehouse experience.
- MUST know how to use a pallet jack and pick orders proficiently
- MUST have reliable transportation and solid attendance
- MUST meet productivity metrics and attendance measurements in order to be eligible for hire
- Previous Reach experience is a PLUS!
SCHEDULE
First & Second Shift Opportunites Available, temp to hire opportunity. Previous experience is required.
- 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM; M-F plus OT on Saturday's as required. Pay: $16.00/HR
- 2nd Shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM; M-F plus OT on Saturday's as required. Pay $17.50/HR
