Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for experienced Packers to work in the Antioch area.


As a Packer you will be responsible for packaging bags into boxes as they are produced, ensuring quality standards are being met or exceeding customer expectations in a Safe, Cost Effective, and Efficient manner.


  • Package bags as they come off the line while working at a fast pace
  • Ensure quality of bags including glue, print, and fold
  • Read and understand job pocket for product specs, quality info, and how to pack jobs
  • Seal boxes and put on conveyor
  • Assembly and labeling of boxes
  • Maintain accurate counts of boxes and skids
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees’, working as a team player
  • Ensure customers receive quality products and excellent service.
  • Must have the ability to perform in a highly responsive, collaborative, mindful, and personal manner
  • Must adhere at all times to ALL Company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Food Safety through compliance to the following Policies and Procedures: 
    • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
    • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
    • Knife Policy; Glass and Brittle Plastic Policy
    • Sanitation Procedures; Pest Control Procedure; Non-Conforming Product Procedure

  • Assist Management in Continuous Improvement projects when available.
  • Perform other additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Accuracy in order selecting and counting
  • MUST be able to stand for long periods of times, 10+ hour days
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Frequent bending, occasional lifting
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic math functions, i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

1st Shift:  6:55AM - 5:15 PM / MON - THURS.   5:55AM - 11:00AM / FRIDAY's
